Adult Ballet Improvers

Our Intermediate Adult Ballet class is a warm, welcoming space for everyday dancers who love ballet as a hobby! This class is not for professionals—it is designed for adults of all ages who have some background knowledge, understand the basic steps, and are keen to keep learning in a relaxed environment. You definitely do not need to be perfect; as long as you have a bit of previous ballet experience, you will fit right in. Some of our lovely dancers use the class to gently polish their technique, while others simply enjoy it as a fun, social way to improve their flexibility, strength, and fitness. It is a rewarding, low-pressure class where you can enjoy the music, move at your own pace, and share your love of dance with a friendly group.
