Toddler Dance
This fun and relaxed class is perfect for children aged 2½ to 5 years. It offers a gentle introduction to dance through basic ballet steps, expressive movement, song and dance, and modern stage techniques. The class begins with a general warm-up, and parents are welcome to stay and watch.
Ballet Classes
Our ballet training follows the NCDTA syllabus, complemented by original work and choreography created by our teachers. We incorporate a variety of music and styles to keep classes engaging and diverse. Training includes classical, contemporary, and lyrical genres, offering a well-rounded ballet education.
Tap Classes
We teach Tap following the NCDTA syllabus, enhanced by our own routines to explore all styles—from the traditional English form to the looser, rhythm-based American style. Tap can be performed to music ranging from classical to street, and we encourage students to experiment with different genres. Our high teaching standards have led to excellent exam results and competition success.
Modern Stage / Jazz
These classes begin with a thorough warm-up and stretching session to promote strength and flexibility while reducing injury risk. We cover a wide range of styles within this genre, including Cabaret, Musical Theatre, Lyrical, and both Fast and Slow Jazz.
Contemporary Dance
Contemporary is a highly expressive dance style blending elements of modern, jazz, lyrical, and classical ballet. Students develop strength, versatility, and a strong mind-body connection through flowing, grounded movement. Classes often focus on floorwork and are typically performed barefoot.
Commercial Freestyle
These lively classes include a mix of styles such as Disco, Lyrical, Hip Hop, and Street Dance. Each session starts with a dynamic warm-up and stretch. Our teachers stay current with the latest dance trends to keep the classes fresh, engaging, and fun for all ages.
Musical Theatre
Combining singing, acting, and dancing, these classes help students build performance skills. Vocal exercises and a wide variety of songs—from classic musical theatre to pop—develop vocal strength. Students also receive scripts to learn, leading to full scenes and choreographed numbers. Theatre Craft is an integral part of these sessions.
Acrobatics
Led by Samantha, a certified Acrobatic Arts instructor, our Acro-Dance program offers classes for both beginners and experienced students. Training is based on proven progressions in five key areas: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering, and Tumbling. From simple log rolls to advanced tumbling routines, students build skills safely and confidently.
Adult Classes
We offer Ballet, Tap, and Jazz classes for adults of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced dancers. Everyone is welcome!
Summer School
Held during the first week of the summer holidays, our Summer School is open to students aged 5 and up. Participants explore a range of styles including ballet, tap, modern stage, freestyle, contemporary, song and dance, and musical theatre. The week concludes with two exciting performances on Friday for family and friends.

Private lessons are available in all our dance subjects. These sessions are ideal for personalized training, teaching qualification preparation, or focused coaching for competition team members.
